Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tire pressure gauge
  • Socket set

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for any shipping damage.
  2. Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel with column and secure with provided hardware.
  3. Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting bracket and secure with bolts and washers.
  4. Install Battery: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  5. Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (12 PSI front, 10 PSI rear).
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 30 detergent oil to proper level on dipstick.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane).
  8. Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections, then perform initial startup test.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment during assembly. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Assembly should be performed on a level surface.

Troubleshooting
