Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect components for any shipping damage.
- Steering Wheel Installation: Attach steering wheel to steering column using provided hardware and secure with lock washer.
- Seat Assembly: Mount seat assembly to frame using provided bolts and adjust for operator comfort.
- Deck Installation: Attach 42-inch cutting deck to mower frame, ensuring proper alignment and belt routing.
- Battery Connection: Install battery, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil level and add if necessary. Fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline.
- Initial Test: Start engine and test all controls including steering, braking, and deck engagement.

Troubleshooting
