Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Torque wrench
- Battery terminal cleaner
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel to the steering column using provided hardware. Torque to 25-30 ft-lbs.
- Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly to the frame using the provided bolts and washers. Adjust for operator comfort.
- Battery Installation: Connect the battery cables - red to positive terminal, black to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion spray.
- Deck Installation: Attach the 42-inch cutting deck to the mower frame using the provided lift linkage and hardware.
- Wheel Attachment: Install all four wheels using the provided lug nuts. Torque to 35-40 ft-lbs in a star pattern.
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil level, add if necessary. Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (87 octane minimum).
- Initial Start-up: Perform initial start-up following engine manufacturer's break-in procedure.

Troubleshooting
