Key Features

Anti-Vibration System

Advanced anti-vibration handles reduce user fatigue by minimizing vibration transfer from the engine to the operator's hands.

Automatic Oiling System

Built-in automatic chain oiler ensures consistent lubrication of the bar and chain during operation, extending component life.

Quick Chain Tensioner

Side-mounted chain tensioning system allows for quick adjustments without additional tools, maintaining optimal chain tension.

Inertia Chain Brake

Safety feature that automatically stops the chain in kickback situations, providing additional operator protection.

Air Injection System

Centrifugal air cleaning system removes larger dust particles before they reach the air filter, extending filter life.

Decompression Valve

Reduces compression for easier starting, especially important in cold weather conditions.

Safety Features Explained

Chain Brake

Stops chain rotation within milliseconds during kickback events

Throttle Lockout

Prevents accidental throttle engagement during starting

Right Hand Guard

Protects operator's hand from chain contact

Spark Arrestor

Prevents emission of burning carbon particles

Chain Catcher

Catches broken chain to prevent injury to operator

Vibration Dampeners

Rubber mounts reduce vibration to operator's hands and arms

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Engine won't start Old fuel, clogged spark plug, flooded engine Use fresh fuel mix, clean/replace spark plug, wait 10 minutes and try again
Engine starts then dies Clogged fuel filter, dirty air filter, carburetor issues Replace fuel filter, clean air filter, adjust carburetor
Chain won't turn Chain brake engaged, clutch issues, chain too tight Disengage chain brake, inspect clutch, adjust chain tension
Excessive vibration Loose fasteners, unbalanced chain, worn bar Tighten all fasteners, sharpen chain evenly, replace worn bar
Chain throws oil Overfilled oil tank, wrong oil viscosity Maintain proper oil level, use recommended bar and chain oil
Poor cutting performance Dull chain, incorrect filing angles, worn sprocket Sharpen chain properly, maintain 30° filing angle, replace worn sprocket

Maintenance Codes

  • Daily: Check chain tension, clean air filter, inspect bar and chain
  • Weekly: Clean spark arrestor, check all fasteners, clean cooling fins
  • Monthly: Replace spark plug, clean fuel filter, inspect clutch
  • Seasonal: Replace air filter, clean carburetor, check anti-vibration mounts
  • Annual: Replace fuel lines, check piston and cylinder, replace worn sprocket
