Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are included according to the parts list.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the handle to the main body using provided bolts and washers. Tighten securely.
  3. Wheel Installation: Install wheels onto the axle, securing with cotter pins or retaining clips as specified.
  4. Blade Guard Attachment: Install the blade guard according to instructions, ensuring proper clearance.
  5. Engine/ Motor Mounting: For gas models: mount engine. For electric: connect motor housing.
  6. Control Installation: Install throttle control (gas) or speed control (electric) onto handle.
  7. Final Inspection: Check all bolts and connections for tightness. Verify blade spins freely.
