Key Features

15 Amp Motor

High-torque electric motor provides powerful cutting performance equivalent to many gas-powered chainsaws, with instant start capability and consistent power delivery.

Automatic Oiler

Built-in automatic oiling system continuously lubricates the bar and chain during operation, reducing friction and extending the life of cutting components.

Tool-Free Chain Tensioning

Quick-adjust system allows for easy chain tension adjustments without additional tools, ensuring optimal cutting performance and safety.

Low-Kickback Bar and Chain

16-inch OregonĀ® bar and low-kickback chain reduce the risk of dangerous kickback while providing smooth, efficient cutting performance.

Inertia-Activated Chain Brake

Safety feature that automatically stops the chain in the event of kickback, providing additional protection for the operator.

Wrap-Around Handle

Ergonomic design with rubber overmold provides comfortable grip and better control during extended use, reducing operator fatigue.

Safety Features Explained

Chain Brake

Stops chain rotation within milliseconds if kickback is detected

Hand Guard

Protects front hand from debris and accidental contact with chain

Right-Hand Guard

Shields right hand and provides additional grip surface

Chain Catcher

Prevents broken chain from striking the operator

Throttle Lockout

Prevents accidental throttle engagement during startup

Rear Handle Guard

Protects rear hand and provides secure grip area

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Chainsaw won't start Power issue, safety lock engaged, brush wear Check power supply, disengage safety lock, check brushes
Poor cutting performance Dull chain, improper tension, worn bar Sharpen or replace chain, adjust tension, inspect bar
Chain won't stay lubricated Empty oil reservoir, clogged oil ports Refill oil tank, clean oil delivery system
Excessive vibration Loose components, unbalanced chain, worn sprocket Tighten all bolts, balance chain, replace sprocket
Motor overheats Dull chain, excessive load, ventilation blocked Sharpen chain, reduce cutting pressure, clear vents
Chain comes off bar Loose tension, worn bar, damaged drive links Adjust tension, replace bar, inspect chain

Maintenance Codes

  • OL: Oil level low - Refill oil reservoir
  • BR: Brush replacement needed - Replace motor brushes
  • TC: Tension check required - Adjust chain tension
  • SC: Sharpening cycle - Sharpen or replace chain
  • CL: Cleaning required - Clean air intake and vents
  • BL: Bar lubrication - Check oil delivery system
