Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect all parts for damage during shipping.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and washers.
  3. Install Height Adjustment Lever: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the deck according to instructions.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute using the mounting bracket.
  5. Install Battery/Engine Oil: For electric models, install the battery. For gas models, add recommended engine oil.
  6. Wheel Installation: Secure all four wheels to the axle using provided hardware.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, safety features are functional, and perform a test run in a safe area.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment when assembling or operating the mower. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts.
