Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Torque wrench
  • Level
  • Jack stands

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and verify all parts are present using the parts list.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control handles according to the provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the operator seat and adjust for proper operator positioning and comfort.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach the cutting deck, ensuring proper alignment and belt routing.
  5. Battery Connection: Install the battery, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
  6. Fluid Check: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before initial startup.
  7. Initial Startup: Perform initial startup in a well-ventilated area and check all controls function properly.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety equipment including eye protection, gloves, and sturdy footwear during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting
