Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Torque wrench
- Jack stands
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Uncrate and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel shaft and secure with provided hardware. Torque to 25-30 ft-lbs.
- Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting brackets and secure with bolts and washers. Adjust for operator comfort.
- Install Battery: Connect positive cable first, then negative cable. Ensure terminals are tight and corrosion-free.
- Attach Mower Deck: Lower deck lift lever, align deck with mounting points, and secure with pins and retaining clips.
- Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
- Fluid Check: Verify engine oil level, add if necessary. Check hydraulic fluid and fuel levels.
- Initial Start-up: Perform pre-start checklist, start engine, and test all controls and safety features.

Troubleshooting

Maintenance Schedule
- Before Each Use: Check tire pressure, fuel level, and look for loose hardware

- Every 50 Hours: Replace spark plug, check battery, inspect belts
- Every 100 Hours: Change hydraulic fluid, replace fuel filter, check wheel bearings
- Seasonal: Winterize fuel system, store properly, battery maintenance
