Gas Powered Pressure Washer

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Gas can with fresh gasoline
  • Engine oil (SAE 10W-30)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
  2. Attach Wheels: Secure wheels to the axle using provided bolts and washers. Ensure wheels rotate freely.
  3. Install Handle: Attach the handle to the frame using provided bolts. Tighten securely.
  4. Connect Spray Wand: Attach the high-pressure spray wand to the pump outlet. Hand tighten, then use wrench for final tightening.
  5. Attach Hose: Connect the high-pressure hose to the pump and spray gun. Ensure all connections are secure.
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 10W-30 oil to the proper level as indicated on the dipstick.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Do not overfill.
  8. Water Connection: Connect garden hose to water inlet. Ensure water supply is turned on.
  9. Initial Startup: Follow starting procedure in the engine manual. Allow engine to warm up before applying pressure.
Warning: Always wear safety glasses and protective clothing when operating the pressure washer. Never point the spray wand at people, animals, or electrical equipment.

Nozzle Applications Guide

0° Red Nozzle

25° Green Nozzle

Troubleshooting
