Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Torque wrench
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect all parts for damage during shipping.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel with shaft and secure with provided hardware using proper torque specifications.
- Install Seat: Attach seat assembly to seat plate using provided bolts and washers. Adjust for operator comfort.
- Attach Cutting Deck: Lower deck lift lever, position deck under mower, and connect deck lift linkage and drive belt.
- Connect Battery: Install battery in battery tray, connect positive cable first, then negative cable. Secure with hold-down bracket.
- Add Engine Oil: Add recommended SAE 30 or 10W-30 oil to proper level on dipstick (approximately 48 oz/1.4L).
- Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane) with no more than 10% ethanol content.
- Pre-Operation Check: Check tire pressure, deck level, all fluid levels, and ensure all safety features are functioning properly.

Troubleshooting
