Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Torque wrench

- Battery terminal wrench
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
- Steering Wheel Installation: Align steering wheel shaft and secure with provided bolt using torque wrench (35-40 ft-lbs).
- Seat Assembly: Attach seat to mounting bracket using provided hardware, ensuring proper alignment and clearance.
- Battery Installation: Connect red cable to positive terminal first, then black cable to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion grease.
- Deck Height Adjustment: Set cutting height to desired position (1.5-4 inches) using deck lift lever and confirm proper operation.
- Tire Pressure Check: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
- Fluid Levels: Check engine oil, hydraulic fluid, and fuel levels before initial startup.
- Initial Test Run: Start engine in open area, test all controls, and verify proper cutting deck engagement.
