Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Torque wrench
  • Jack and jack stands

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control handles according to the provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the operator seat and adjust for proper operator positioning and comfort.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach the cutting deck, ensuring proper alignment and belt routing.
  5. Battery Installation: Install the battery, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
  6. Fluid Checks: Check engine oil level, add gasoline, and verify hydraulic fluid levels.
  7. Final Adjustments: Adjust cutting height, check tire pressure, and verify all safety switches function properly.
  8. Test Operation: Start the engine and test all controls in a safe, open area.

Troubleshooting
