Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control levers according to the provided diagrams.
- Seat Installation: Mount the seat assembly using the provided hardware and adjust for operator comfort.
- Deck Installation: Attach the 42-inch cutting deck, ensuring proper alignment and belt routing.
- Battery Connection: Install the battery, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil level and add as needed. Fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline.
- Initial Start-up: Perform initial start-up following the engine manufacturer's break-in procedure.
