Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Torque wrench

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the steering wheel and control handles according to the provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount the operator seat and adjust to proper height and position.
  4. Deck Attachment: Install the cutting deck, ensuring proper alignment and belt routing.
  5. Battery Connection: Connect the battery terminals, positive first then negative, and secure the battery in its tray.
  6. Fluid Check: Check engine oil level and add recommended oil if necessary. Fill fuel tank with fresh gasoline.
  7. Pre-Operation Check: Verify all safety switches, brakes, and controls function properly before first use.
