Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Torque wrench
- Battery terminal cleaner
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel with column and secure with provided hardware using torque wrench.
- Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting brackets and secure with bolts and washers. Adjust for operator comfort.
- Install Battery: Connect positive (red) cable first, then negative (black) cable. Apply anti-corrosion spray to terminals.
- Attach Cutting Deck: Lower deck lift lever, align deck with mounting points, and secure with pins and retaining clips.
- Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
- Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 30 or 10W-30 detergent oil to proper level on dipstick.
- Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Add fuel stabilizer if storing.
- Initial Test: Start engine, check all controls, and test cutting deck engagement in a safe area.

Troubleshooting

- Every 100 hours: Replace spark plug, change hydrostatic fluid
