Self Propelled Gas Lawn Mower

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Oil funnel

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for any shipping damage.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Height Adjuster Levers: Attach cutting height adjuster levers to the deck according to the diagram.
  4. Attach Bagging System: Connect the grass collection bag or mulching plug to the rear discharge chute.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 or 10W-30 oil to the proper level.
  6. Add Gasoline: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline with minimum 87 octane rating.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, wheels are properly attached, and safety features are functional.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection and sturdy footwear during assembly and operation.

Troubleshooting
