Safety Precautions

Assembly & Setup

Controls and Operation

Starting Procedure: 1. Sit on seat. 2. Set parking brake. 3. Disengage PTO. 4. Move throttle to FAST. 5. Turn key to START. 6. Release key to RUN.

Driving: Release parking brake. Press forward on drive pedal to move forward; press reverse for reverse. Speed controlled by pedal pressure.

Stopping: Release drive pedal, apply brake, engage parking brake, turn key to OFF.

Mower Deck Operation

Engage mower blades only when seated with parking brake set.

  1. Adjust cutting height: Move lever to desired position (1-6).
  2. Start mowing: Drive to area, engage PTO switch.
  3. Overlap passes: Overlap by 2-3 inches for even cut.
  4. Disengage PTO: Before stopping or reversing.
