Safety Information

Assembly & Setup

  1. Attach steering wheel: Align and tighten bolt with provided wrench.

  3. Attach cutting deck: Lower deck onto mounting pins, secure with retaining clips.
  4. Connect battery: Attach red (+) then black (-) cables.
  5. Add engine oil: Use SAE 30 (approx. 1.5 quarts).
  6. Add fuel: Use fresh unleaded gasoline (87 octane or higher).

CAUTION! Use two people when lifting heavy components. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.

Controls & Operation

Dashboard: Ignition key, PTO switch, headlight switch, hour meter, cup holder. Floor: Forward/reverse pedal, brake pedal.

Starting: Sit on seat, set parking brake, disengage PTO, turn key to START. Mowing: Engage PTO, release parking brake, press forward pedal. Stopping: Release forward pedal, engage parking brake, disengage PTO, turn key OFF.

Cutting Height Adjustment: Move lever to desired position (1.5-4 inches). Deck Wash Port: Connect garden hose to clean underside after mowing.

Engine Care

Storage & Winterization
