Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage during shipping.
- Handlebar Installation: Attach the steering wheel to the steering column using provided hardware and torque to specification.
- Seat Assembly: Mount the seat assembly to the frame using the provided bolts and washers.
- Battery Installation: Install the battery in the battery tray, connecting positive terminal first, then negative terminal.
- Deck Installation: Attach the cutting deck to the mower frame using the deck lift linkage and securing pins.
- Wheel Installation: Mount all wheels ensuring proper alignment and torque lug nuts to specification.
- Fluid Check: Check engine oil level, add gasoline, and verify hydraulic fluid levels.
- Final Inspection: Test all controls, safety switches, and cutting deck engagement before first use.
