Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Torque wrench
  • Battery terminal cleaner

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach steering wheel and control levers according to provided diagrams.
  3. Seat Installation: Mount seat assembly and adjust for operator comfort and safety.
  4. Deck Installation: Attach cutting deck following height adjustment linkage instructions.
  5. Battery Connection: Connect battery cables (red to positive, black to negative) and secure battery in tray.
  6. Fluid Check: Check engine oil level, add gasoline, and verify hydraulic fluid if equipped.
  7. Pre-Operation Check: Test all controls, safety switches, and brake operation before first use.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
