Gas Powered Pressure Washer

Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Oil funnel
  • Gas can with fresh gasoline

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect components for damage.
  2. Attach Wheels: Secure wheels to the frame using provided hardware and tools.
  3. Install Handle: Assemble and attach the handle to the main frame.
  4. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with recommended SAE 10W-30 oil to proper level.
  5. Connect High-Pressure Hose: Attach hose to pump outlet and spray gun.
  6. Install Spray Wand: Connect spray wand to spray gun and secure locking mechanism.
  7. Connect Water Supply: Attach garden hose to water inlet using quick-connect fitting.
  8. Add Gasoline: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline.
  9. Initial Start-up: Follow starting procedure in engine manual for first use.
Warning: Always wear safety glasses and follow all safety instructions. Never point spray wand at people, animals, or electrical equipment.

Troubleshooting
