Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Socket set (3/8" drive)
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Tire pressure gauge
  • Battery terminal wrench

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
  2. Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel with shaft and secure with provided hardware. Tighten to specified torque.
  3. Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting brackets and secure with bolts and washers. Adjust to comfortable position.
  4. Install Battery: Connect red cable to positive terminal, black cable to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion spray.
  5. Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
  6. Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 30 or 10W-30 detergent oil. Check dipstick for proper level.
  7. Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
  8. Initial Operation Check: Start engine, check all controls, and test mower deck engagement.
Warning: Assembly should be performed by qualified personnel. Always wear protective equipment during assembly and operation.
