Installation Guide
Tools Needed:
- Adjustable wrench set
- Socket set (3/8" drive)
- Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
- Pliers
- Tire pressure gauge
- Battery terminal wrench
Step-by-Step Assembly
- Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and inspect for shipping damage. Verify all parts are included.
- Install Steering Wheel: Align steering wheel with shaft and secure with provided hardware. Tighten to specified torque.
- Attach Seat: Position seat on mounting brackets and secure with bolts and washers. Adjust to comfortable position.
- Install Battery: Connect red cable to positive terminal, black cable to negative terminal. Apply anti-corrosion spray.
- Check Tire Pressure: Inflate all tires to recommended pressure (front: 14 PSI, rear: 10 PSI).
- Add Engine Oil: Fill engine with SAE 30 or 10W-30 detergent oil. Check dipstick for proper level.
- Add Fuel: Fill fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
- Initial Operation Check: Start engine, check all controls, and test mower deck engagement.

Troubleshooting
