Installation & Setup Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Fuel container (for gas models)

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Install Wheels: Mount all four wheels onto the axle brackets and secure with provided pins or bolts.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: Connect the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute if applicable.
  5. Oil and Fuel (Gas Models): Add recommended engine oil and fresh gasoline to appropriate levels.
  6. Battery Installation (Electric Models): Install battery following polarity markings and secure connections.
  7. Safety Check: Verify all safety features including blade control lever and safety key operation.
  8. Test Run: Start mower in a clear area to ensure proper operation before first use.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment including safety glasses and closed-toe shoes when operating lawn mower.

Troubleshooting
