Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench set
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware.
  3. Wheel Installation: Mount all wheels securely using the provided axle pins and washers.
  4. Deck Attachment: Secure the mower deck to the main frame following the specific model instructions.
  5. Engine/Electrical Setup: For gas models: add oil and fuel. For electric models: check battery installation or power cord connection.
  6. Control Installation: Attach throttle controls, safety levers, and height adjustment mechanisms.
  7. Final Inspection: Check all bolts for tightness, verify safety features work properly, and test operation in a safe area.
Warning: Always wear protective equipment when assembling or operating. Keep hands and feet away from moving parts. Assembly by an adult recommended.
