Installation Guide

Tools Needed:

  • Adjustable wrench
  • Screwdrivers (flat and Phillips)
  • Pliers
  • Socket set
  • Safety gloves

Step-by-Step Assembly

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Remove all packaging materials and check for any shipping damage or missing parts.
  2. Handle Assembly: Attach the upper and lower handle sections using provided bolts and hardware. Ensure all connections are tight.
  3. Install Height Adjuster: Attach the cutting height adjustment lever to the designated position on the mower deck.
  4. Attach Grass Bag: If included, install the grass collection bag to the rear discharge chute following the provided instructions.
  5. Add Engine Oil: Fill the engine with the recommended SAE 30 motor oil to the proper level indicated on the dipstick.
  6. Add Fuel: Fill the fuel tank with fresh unleaded gasoline (minimum 87 octane). Do not overfill.
  7. Final Check: Ensure all bolts are tightened, safety features are functional, and the mower is ready for operation.
Warning: Always wear appropriate safety gear including eye protection and closed-toe shoes when assembling or operating the mower.
